Facebook Application, Traveler IQ Challenge

Hey there, today it´s an important day not only because it´s my 26´byrthday but also because we are making the Facebook application review of this interesting and fun application called Traveler IQ Challenge.

Basically this application is a geography test hidden in a fun game where speed and knowledge get together. The main idea is to find things in a world map as fast and accurate as we can. The game starts with the city, flag or thing that we are supposed to locate, so from there on we have to select the place where we think (I say think because for me it was realy realy hard... you can see that on my score rank, Although I really traveled a lot- And by a lot I mean a lot...) and this application will measure the distance in Km between our selected area and the real location of the target. So from there on we start getting scores that will make us pass from one level to the other up to level 12 being this one the last one.

The fun thing about this Facebook application I think, resides on the fact that whatever we want to locate we have to do it fast and in the rush to do it right some huge mistakes come out easily. So don´t worry if you find yourself shouting and feeling ridiculesly mistaken while the clock is ticking and the time line starts getting colored, for your acknowledgment that maybe geography isn´t your biggest skill.

• Latin America... Hell yes finally somebody cares about us.


• Etc...

So for now this is the whole review of the application plus a really interesting tool that allows us to create community challenges. In this option we can create more options for the ones that come with the application, such as Copa Libertadores for example, so for this the map will Zoom in to south America to show us specifically the map of that location for as to try to find the country where each soccer team that plays that soccer tournament belongs.

In general lines I rank this application with a 3.5 out 5, because it´s fun challenging, and educative as well, so go and try it just to proove all your Facebook friends how good you are in geography... or in my case to be the shame of Facebook with my IQ result of 89 ..... that´s a poor performance is somebody asks.
