Facebook Application Review of siCom-MyMarkets by Simpleicom

Too Expensive???, Now in Facebook you can also bargain and get a better deal!!

Todays Facebook Review is about the application called siCom-MyMarkets that is something totally different from all the other apps that have been reviewed on this Facebook Blog before. This interesting application, tries to go beyond the basic standards of Facebook applications, of filling a quiz or just picking some random person out of your Facebook friends to rank them according to beauty, giving to the users all the benefits of the Social network platform.

This Facebook app, called siCom-MyMarkets is a total developed and really well thought ecommerce platform, where the Facebook users can post, sell, renegotiate prices, buy,
auction, bid or bargain on whatever they want to buy or get rid off.

Basically once we get the application installed we have access to a friendly user menu where all the features of this application are displayed as follows.

• Markets, where we get to choose if we want to restrict our search only to Facebook, or we also want to include other sources of information
• Messages, this Facebook application also works as a message box where all the communication involved in our transactions stay inside the application, which something really good because other applications really enjoy filling our Facebook or Email inbox with lots of messages.
• News Board, where all the news from users, or from the developers of the applications will be posted.
• My business, this tab is by far the mos important of the whole menu of this Facebook Applications, because in here we have record of all the things we've been doing, like our bids, offer, sales, etc.
• At the bottom of the menu we have a search box, where we can type our searches. I tried it several times and it's response was really good with accurate results provided.

A really interesting feature about this Facebook Application called siCom-MyMarkets, is that all the payment gateway and shipping support are integrated into the application so you can find your deal, close it, pay it and get it shipped to your house without the need of exiting the application, providing a full service to the Facebook user.
Another thing that I really liked about this Application was the option to Bargain in products, something that we don't get to see very often in auction platforms, so pretty much if you find something you are interested in but you don't think that the price listed really represents how much would you pay for the product, you still have the chance to bargain and get a better a deal.

One thing that I think is missing and hopefully the developers will add in the future, is the possibility to recommend a new category tab, into the different groups of products listed.

So that's basically all there is for this Facebook Application Review that I really liked but as all the ecommerce platform that exist on the internet, it's success will only rely on how many users effectively install the application and use it. The platform works very smooth and fine, now is the time for the users to decide where they want to run their businesses.
